February 20, 2015A 90-calorie, gluten-free, low-saturated fat for all my sweet potato lovers! What is not to love?
Confession time! I love chips! To me, nothing taste better than a handful of chips! The saltier, the better! Soon enough, I realized this may not be the best idea. The reason – the additional calories, fat, and carbs from the chips.
Love chips but not the extra calories? This super simple chip mixes a bit of Cajun flare with the state vegetable – our sweet potatoes! My Cajun Flavored Sweet Potato Chips are easy, kid-friendly, and diet-friendly!
When baking these chips, be sure to line pan with aluminum foil so the potatoes don’t stick to the pan.
