Step 1: Prep

  • Preheat oven to 250°F
  • Line baking sheet with parchment or non-stick foil

Step 2: Start the Meringue

  • Place egg whites in a bowl
  • Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes
  • Add cream of tartar, salt, and vanilla
  • Beat on medium for 2 minutes
