2-Ingredient Sparkling Grape Mocktail (Healthy & Sugar-Free)

A fizzy healthy mocktail made with sparkling water + sugar-free grape mix. Perfect for a diabetic mocktail, low-calorie sipping, and Mardi Gras vibes.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup sparkling water plain or lemon-lime
  • ½ packet Crystal Light Grape sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with ice (or frozen grapes).
  • Pour in sparkling water.
  • Add ½ packet grape drink mix.
  • Stir gently until dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust (stronger: add more mix; lighter: add more sparkling water).

Notes

  • For a party pitcher, mix the drink mix in a small amount of water first, then add sparkling water right before serving.
  • If carbonation bothers you, let it sit 1–2 minutes before sipping.
