Healthy Strawberry Shortcake Dip (No Sugar Added)

A high-protein, low sugar strawberry dessert dip made with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp stevia optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (zero sugar)

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt and cream cheese until smooth
  • Add stevia and vanilla
  • Mix until creamy (use a hand mixer)
  • Fold in cool whip
  • Fold in strawberries
  • Chill 30 minutes
  • Serve with various sugar free cookies, graham crackers, and additional strawberries.

Notes

Use fresh, Louisiana Strawberries for best flavor. Store in fridge up to 4 days.
