Pecan Fudge: The Easiest Sugar Free Fudge

An easy sugar-free pecan fudge made with Lily’s chocolate chips, perfect for a low-carb and diabetic Christmas dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9 oz package Lily’s Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup crushed pecans

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
  • Heat heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • When it begins to bubble, stir in chocolate chips.
  • Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Fold in crushed pecans.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Lily’s chocolate chips are recommended for a sugar-free and diabetic-friendly fudge.
  • You may substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans if desired.
