An easy sugar-free pecan fudge made with Lily’s chocolate chips, perfect for a low-carb and diabetic Christmas dessert.

- 1 9 oz package Lily’s Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup crushed pecans
Line a loaf pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
Heat heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
When it begins to bubble, stir in chocolate chips.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Fold in crushed pecans.
Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice and serve.
