- 1½ cups fresh strawberries diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Wash and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat).
Add strawberries, onion, and jalapeño to a medium bowl.
Chop cilantro and stir into the mixture.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa.
Gently mix until combined.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
