Fresh, healthy strawberry salsa made with just 5 ingredients. This sweet and slightly spicy salsa is quick to make, naturally low in calories, and perfect for summer gatherings, game day, or a light snack. Dietitian-approved and great for balanced eating.

Ingredients
  

  • cups fresh strawberries diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat).
  • Add strawberries, onion, and jalapeño to a medium bowl.
  • Chop cilantro and stir into the mixture.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa.
  • Gently mix until combined.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
