Cajun Fried Chicken (Low Carb Air Fryer Chicken Tenders)

- 2 cup 100% egg whites
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup pecans finely chopped or milled
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Spice N Herbs Seasoning
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins defrosted
- Non stick cooking spray
- Mardi Gras Dip Optional:
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Spice N Herbs Seasoning
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Pour egg whites into a shallow dish; set aside.
In another shallow dish, mix almond flour, pecans, parmesan, and seasonings.
Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Dip chicken into egg whites, then coat in almond flour mixture. Press gently.
Arrange chicken in basket in a single layer (do not touch).
Air fry at 360°F for 10 minutes.
Flip chicken with tongs. Air fry 6–8 minutes more until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with Mardi Gras Dip (optional).
