Citrus Mimosa (3-Ingredient Healthy Mocktail)

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Dole light pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup Simply light orange juice
  • ½ cup San Pellegrino sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple juice to a champagne flute.
  • Add orange juice.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For lower sugar, reduce each juice to 2 tablespoons and add more sparkling water.
  • Want it sweeter without sugar? Add a drop of orange extract or extra citrus zest.
  • Cocktail version: add 1–2 oz vodka or light rum.
