Ingredients

  • 1 7-oz Lily’s Salted Caramel Chips
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Line a loaf pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
  • Heat heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
  • Stir in caramel chips until smooth.
  • Pour into pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Slice into 24 pieces and serve.

Notes

This caramel salted fudge is made with Lily’s Salted Caramel Chips, which are sweetened with stevia and contain no added sugar.
Heat the heavy whipping cream until it just begins to bubble — avoid boiling to prevent grainy fudge.
Stir constantly once the chips are added to ensure a smooth, creamy texture.
For clean slices, refrigerate fully and use a sharp knife wiped clean between cuts.
