When buying eggs, be sure to open the container to make sure all the eggs are intact. Check the date on the label to make sure the eggs are not expired.

I don’t own a Ninja Foodi. Can I use any other Air Fryer in this Recipe?

Yes! This recipe will work in all Air Fryers. Follow the exact directions and you will be thrilled with the results. In fact, watch my video below on making boiled eggs in a Phillips air fryer.

How to Store Hard Boiled Eggs?

Store hard boiled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last about one week.

Can I Freeze Hard Boiled Eggs?

No. Freezing hard boiled eggs will cause the egg to become watery.

What Can I Do With Hard Boiled Eggs?

Hard boiled eggs are perfect for meal prep. I personally make egg salad with hard boiled eggs.

FAQ.

Are eggs keto?

Yes! One egg is 71 calories with no carbs, no fiber, and no sugar. The best part? Eggs are a good source of protein with 5 grams.

What are the net carbs in eggs?

0g! Since eggs have no carbs and no fiber, the net carbs is 0g.

Do I need to do the ice water bath when the eggs are cooked?

Yes! The ice water bath not only cools the eggs quickly, but it stops the cooking process. The ice water also allows the egg to pull away from the shell making the egg easier to peel.

Do You Put Oil in An Air Fryer?

You can USE oil in air fryer recipes, but DO NOT pour oil in an air fryer basket. Look for high smoke point oil sprays for the air fryer. The best oil spray for air fryer is avocado oil since it’s smoke point is high and can handle the high temperature of the air fryer. You can use olive oil (I often use olive oil in the air fryer) if cooking at a slightly lower temperature 360 or less.

This recipe uses no oil and no oil spray.
