  • Can fit into a diabetes-friendly plan alongside balanced meals and portion control.

These simple ingredients and substitutions can be found at your local supermarket!

  • 1 9 oz. package Lily’s semi-sweet sugar free chocolate chips

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • Makes the fudge rich, creamy, and helps it set.

  • Chocolate:
    • Use any sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Cream:
    • For dairy-free, try full-fat coconut milk (the canned kind) – fudge may be slightly softer.

How To Make Sugar Free Fudge On The Stove

Here’s how to make fudge without sugar using just two ingredients.

  1. Line the pan.
    • Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil or parchment for easy removal.
  2. Heat the cream.
    • Add heavy whipping cream to a small saucepan.
    • Warm over medium-low until the edges just start to bubble. (Don’t boil, honey.)
  3. Melt the chocolate.
    • Turn heat to low.
    • Stir in Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips.
    • Keep stirring until smooth, glossy, and fully melted.
  4. Pour & chill.
    • Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
      Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Slice.
